Aglianico from Montemarano that spends just an evening on skins before being pressed off to vat. Bottled in June with some must from the same vineyard, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle and there is no disgorgement, resulting in a dry sparkling wine bursting with little red fruits, blood orange and a touch of spice.
