Pinot noir grapes macerated for 10 days in whole bunches. Light on its feet, and a perfect balance of autumnal berries and an earthiness that can only ever be associated to Pinot from Alsace. A triumph of balance.
The Lindenlaub family have been making wine in northern Alsace for 250 years, with Christophe the latest generation to take the reins. He converted all their vineyards to organic in 2009 and since 2012 has been pursuing a natural style of winemaking with zero additions. Christophe, much like his wines, is bursting with energy, and it’s no surprise this family domaine is now one of the most talked about of the region.
